CERI works closely with academic institutions on research collaborations.  CERI works most closely with Arizona State University.  The two organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding this collaboration on December 22, 2006.  Under this agreement CERI and ASU have arrangements to share equipment and personnel.  For example, CERI is able to provide university students with valuable applied research experience and these positions help to provide funding for students while in graduate school.
